Temple Theater, Rochester, New York

The Temple Building Theater is the final stage of a multi-year, transformative $20 million redevelopment of the Temple Building.   Built in 1925 as a 14-story Neo-Gothic office building and Temple, the Temple was the original home to the Baptist Temple until the early 1950s. Today, the space has been converted into a multi-use, public assembly-entertainment venue.  

The space is home to Rochester International Jazz Festival acts, the Company Theatre, Jeff Springut Productions, Center for Youth Annual Fashion Show, and many other events including weddings, graduations, and corporate events.  The venue accommodates over 1200 patrons and is one of the few venues of that size in Rochester. Current and future amenities include food and bar space, and overnight loft space connected to the venue for unique pre and post entertainment gatherings.

2715 Bissonnet Street, Houston, Texas

Costanza Enterprise developed its first Texas project in 2017 with a local partner.   2715 Bissonnet is a 20,000 square foot retail center located in the exclusive West University neighborhood of Houston.  The area has an average household annual income in a one-mile radius of over $200,000.   

 The development entailed razing a two-story office building built in 1950 on a two-acre parcel comprising an entire block near Kirby Drive and Bissonnet Street.  Less than a mile from Rice Village, and minutes from world renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center, 2715 Bissonnet is a ground up, one-story, modern retail center with unique local upscale restaurants and tenants as well as national tenants, Lakefield Veterinary Clinic, Restore Health, and American Family Care

Cedar Park Development, Cedar Park, Texas

Cedar Park is a 10-acre retail development 15 miles north of Austin Texas in one of the country’s fastest growing communities.   Cedar Park Development comprises two five-acre parcels adjacent to Juliette Way and Cypress Creek Road.  The development features six separate building pads totaling approximately 75,000 square feet of space including some with drive through lanes for national quick service restaurants.  

The property was purchased in late 2022, entitled in 2023-24, and broke ground in 2024.   Completion is expected in 2028 or 2029.

123 2nd Avenue S, Nashville, Tennessee

Costanza Enterprises acquired the Joes Crab Shack building, located on 2^nd and Honky Tonk Row in 2017.  The building, located in lower Broadway, is part of the Broadway Historic District and is currently home to David Portnoy’s Barstool Sports Venues.  The building is a 15,000 square foot, two-story, brick building that recently underwent a $6.5 million dollar restoration.   

Broadway is one of the most popular tourist destinations in America and features world-class musicians playing live music in, and along, Honky Tonk Row.  Nashville was recently named one of the 10 fastest growing cities in America.

Aqueduct Building, Rochester, New York

Costanza Enterprises is the co-developer/owner of the 182,435 square foot Aqueduct Building.  Formerly, the headquarters to Lawyers Coop and Thomson Reuters, the complex is now the headquarters of Fortune 500 Company, Constellation Brands Inc.  The facility is a complex of seven buildings that were constructed between 1870 and 1948.  All of the buildings are interconnected by bridges or inner doorways, except for Building 7.  

Costanza Enterprises partnered with Landers Development in 2020 to purchase and redevelop the facility after Thompson Reuters vacated.  The project entailed complete interior demolition and renovation including major structural elements, windows, and all mechanicals and finishes. The building’s historic elements and features have been meticulously preserved and restored and are all prominently featured in this unique, architecturally significant redevelopment project.   The three-year project required over $100 million dollars of capital to complete, and utilized State and Federal Historic Tax Credits, COMIDA tax PILOT, Federal Opportunity Zone Incentives and various other economic incentive programs.  

This is the first project in 50 years to bring a fortune 500 company to Center City Rochester.   

1731-C Mallory Avenue, Brentwood, TN

National Tire and Battery is an 8,074 square foot automotive services facility built in 2008 on 1.2 acres located in Brentwood, Tennessee on Mallory Lane.  Costanza Enterprises purchased the auto parts and repair store in 2017.  

Brentwood Tennessee is an upscale suburban community south of Nashville and part of the Nashville Metropolitan area.  Brentwood is known for its parks, elegant shops and vibrant retail and restaurant scene.

2016 State Street, New Albany, Indiana

Just over the Ohio River, and part of the Louisville metropolitan area, our New Albany Walgreens is a 15,048 square foot building on an “A” store site location directly across from the Floyd Hospital.   This site has been established as Walgreens since the early 1980’s and was rebuilt into the latest prototype store in 2007.  

882 Linden Avenue, Pittsford, New York

882 Linden Avenue is located in Pittsford NY with fast access to Interstate 490 East or West via Route 441.  882 Linden is a 116,000 square foot warehouse-distribution facility with approximately 10,000 sf of office space.  The property was purchased by Costanza Enterprises in 2019, and is currently occupied by Carestream Health.  Carestream Health, formerly a Kodak Company, is now a subsidiary of Onex Corporation, one of Canada’s largest corporations. 

The facility was originally built in 1968 as a distribution warehouse for Canada Dry Soda, and later, as a warehouse-distribution center for Sentry Safe. 

882 Linden is located on seven acres, with parking for more than 150 cars, eight truck loading bays with levelers, and 18’ clear ceiling height.  It features redundant, 3000-amp electric service, and is a fully sprinklered, steel frame and masonry construction.
