The Temple Building Theater is the final stage of a multi-year, transformative $20 million redevelopment of the Temple Building.   Built in 1925 as a 14-story Neo-Gothic office building and Temple, the Temple was the original home to the Baptist Temple until the early 1950s. Today, the space has been converted into a multi-use, public assembly-entertainment venue.  

The space is home to Rochester International Jazz Festival acts, the Company Theatre, Jeff Springut Productions, Center for Youth Annual Fashion Show, and many other events including weddings, graduations, and corporate events.  The venue accommodates over 1200 patrons and is one of the few venues of that size in Rochester. Current and future amenities include food and bar space, and overnight loft space connected to the venue for unique pre and post entertainment gatherings. 

The venue is managed by Costanza Enterprises and welcomes local and national promoters.

Aqueduct Building

Aqueduct Building, Rochester, New York

Costanza Enterprises is the co-developer/owner of the 182,435 square foot Aqueduct Building.  Formerly, the headquarters to Lawyers Coop and Thomson Reuters, the complex is now the headquarters of Fortune 500 Company, Constellation Brands Inc.  The facility is a complex of seven buildings that were constructed between 1870 and 1948.  All of the buildings are interconnected by bridges or inner doorways, except for Building 7.  

Costanza Enterprises partnered with Landers Development in 2020 to purchase and redevelop the facility after Thompson Reuters vacated.  The project entailed complete interior demolition and renovation including major structural elements, windows, and all mechanicals and finishes. The building’s historic elements and features have been meticulously preserved and restored and are all prominently featured in this unique, architecturally significant redevelopment project.   The three-year project required over $100 million dollars of capital to complete, and utilized State and Federal Historic Tax Credits, COMIDA tax PILOT, Federal Opportunity Zone Incentives and various other economic incentive programs.  

This is the first project in 50 years to bring a fortune 500 company to Center City Rochester.

The facility was originally built in 1968 as a distribution warehouse for Canada Dry Soda, and later, as a warehouse-distribution center for Sentry Safe. 

882 Linden is located on seven acres, with parking for more than 150 cars, eight truck loading bays with levelers, and 18’ clear ceiling height.  It features redundant, 3000-amp electric service, and is a fully sprinklered, steel frame and masonry construction.
